Due to the plane crash that occurred at the intersection of Zac Lentz Parkway and Mockingbird, expected road closures will last approximately through Friday requiring traffic diversions.
Victoria East High School will only be accessible from John Stockbauer to Mockingbird. Parents, staff, and student drivers need to anticipate delays during drop off and pick up as there will be lane reductions as well.
VEHS will open doors to the campus at 6:30 a.m. in order to accommodate students being dropped off early.
Victoria ISD bus routes are being adjusted to avoid the affected area, and families with students who ride the bus should anticipate potential delays.
