The Victoria East UIL Academic Team competed recently in the District 29 Academics Meet at Flour Bluff. Many are headed to the Regional Spring Meet on April 22-23 at the University of Texas-San Antonio in San Antonio.
The Literary Criticism Team won first place overall and qualified for Regionals. The Spelling and Vocabulary Team placed second overall and is the Regional Alternate.
