The Victoria ISD Board of Trustees is inviting passionate and civic-minded community members to apply for a seat on the newly forming VISD Facilities Bond Oversight Committee.
This volunteer committee will play a critical role in reviewing the district’s facility needs and making recommendations to the Board of Trustees regarding a potential November 2025 bond referendum. If voters approve the bond, committee members will continue their service by meeting quarterly to ensure transparency and accountability throughout the implementation of bond-funded projects.
All applications will be reviewed by the Board of Trustees, with appointments made at the Regular Monthly Board Meeting on May 15.
Applications are due by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, May 6, 2025.
