This letter was sent to Head Start on December 8, 2021.
Dear Parents,
The Office of Head Start has taken steps to slow and prevent the spread of COVID-19 in Head Start Programs nationwide.
Effective immediately, all persons 2 years of age and older, including children who attend Head Start programs, will be required to wear face masks.
BCFS Education Services will be providing face masks. The only exceptions are as follows:
➢ Children when they are napping
➢ Children and adults when they are eating or drinking
➢ A disability as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act.
➢ Children with special health care need based on guidance from the child’s physician.
