VISD offers both free and tuition-based Pre-K programs to meet the needs of all families.
Children who meet specific state eligibility requirements—such as being from a low-income household, being an English learner, or having a parent in the military—qualify for free Pre-K.
For families who do not meet the state eligibility criteria, VISD offers Tuition-Based Pre-K, providing an opportunity for all children to benefit from our high-quality early learning environment.
Applications for Tuition-Based Pre-K are now open for priority seating! Families who apply by March 15 will receive priority consideration for placement. However, applications will remain open beyond this date, with students placed as space allows, visit www.visd.net/applicationhub.
