Andrea Pope is the CTE Dean of Students and Career Readiness at the Career & Technology Institute. She had served as Lead counselor at Liberty Academy from 2016-2020, Dean of Academics at Liberty Academy from 2020-2021, and Innovation Programs Counselor from 2021-2023 before taking on this role.

Mrs. Pope earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminology and Corrections at Sam Houston State University. She also earned a Master of Education Degree in Counseling and her Principal Certification from Lamar University.

Mrs. Pope has been a part of the VISD family since 2006.
